Last updated: 12 August 20261. Acceptance
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms govern the public website only. Any client engagement is governed by the signed proposal, statement of work or services agreement, which takes priority if there is a conflict.
2. Website information
Website content is provided for general business information and may be changed without notice. It is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship, binding quotation or guarantee of availability.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a form, sending an email or booking a meeting does not require either party to proceed. Project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, ownership, confidentiality, warranties and support will be confirmed separately in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or availability, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use its content unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Devscale Tech owns or is licensed to use the website design, copy, code, graphics and branding. Client names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to or embed third-party services, including scheduling tools. Those services are controlled by their providers and subject to separate terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement or responsibility for third-party content.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access, freedom from errors or that all information will always be current. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without implied warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devscale Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information submitted through this website is handled.
10. Governing law and international use
Unless a written client agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Users accessing the site from another country are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to them.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the current revision date above. Questions may be sent to info@devscaletech.com or +923348737097.
